·         5152   Schiavonesca Sword.  Venice, end of the 15th Century.  These swords are largely shown in the rooms of the Council of the X in Palazzo Ducal in Venice.    They have grips that were used both with one or two hands.  Long blade of hexagonal section slightly flattened at the point, with three fullers from the forte up to the middle part of the blade.  Squared pommel with a relief in the center.   Hilt with curved arms bent in horizontally opposite directions.  Grip of wood wrapped in leather.  Length Overall:  123cm    Weight:  1800gr    Price:  $427.00 US

·         5153   Venetian Infantry Sword.  End of the Fifteenth Century.  Blade of hexagonal section with a fuller up to the middle part.  Squared pommel with a diamond motif on both faces.  Hilt made of flattened iron.  The knuckle bow, quillon and Pas d' Ane' originate out from the cuspidate quillon block.
